During Matthew’s time at Touch Surgery, he more than 10x’ed growth in user acquisition from below 10,000 users per month to over 100,000. He built all marketing production pipelines, channel management processes, email campaigns and automation, and hired and managed 3 junior marketers/interns. He also coordinated press coverage with organisations such as BBC Click, Bloomberg, and others.
