With over 70 employees and $18 million in funding raised from investors such as Balderton Capital, Jobbio is one of Europe’s fastest growing recruitment SaaS startups.
During Matthew’s time working for Jobbio, he oversaw B2B marketing and data analytics efforts, including advertising spend, in-house teams, agencies, and reporting. He also built an organization-wide reporting system to allow for visibility of core KPIs in each business unit to top-level management for strategic decision making. He also rolled out UTM link tracking and trained staff across 5 departments to use tracked links and Google Analytics to measure the traffic their efforts generated.
